Remember this dress I made last year? I had seen a Vogue pattern at Joann’s and fell in love with this dress and decided to remake it for my daughter. This is what I came up with last year.

I decided to make another dress using the same style but tweaked it a little. I made an A-line skirt this time instead of gathering it. I think it came out so much better. I also added a button in the back instead of a zipper. Again, I like this better.

So, what do you think?

I really still do love that ribbon in the back. Next time I think I will try it without the ribbon and see how that goes.
